Updated 2026-10-14·Nexly Lab

Choose Tidio with Lyro if you want a live chat and helpdesk platform you can set up yourself in minutes, with public plans from a free tier upwards and data stored mainly in the EEA. Choose Nexly Agents if you need one AI customer service agent that also works in Microsoft Teams, Slack, Telegram and Signal, is set up for you by our team and can be self-hosted.

How we compared

We used only public information: Tidio's pricing page, FAQ, privacy policy, Lyro product page and Tidio's own information page for AI assistants, all checked on 2026-10-14. Every fact about Tidio links to its source below. Where Tidio's pages did not state something, or contradicted each other, we say so. When to choose Tidio

Tidio combines live chat, ticketing, automation (Flows) and the Lyro AI agent in one platform. Its pricing is public and starts with a free plan, and Lyro can also be bought on its own or added to an existing helpdesk through Lyro Connect.

When to choose Nexly Agents

Nexly Agents is an omnichannel AI agent: one agent and one knowledge base answer on your website, in e-mail, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Signal, Microsoft Teams and Slack. Conversations from messengers land in one message center with wait-time counters, queues and assignment to a person on your team.

The widget installs with one snippet (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and others), supports SSO so the agent knows the logged-in user, and has 40 modules such as a daily plan, calculators, courses with quizzes and a knowledge search.

Migrating from Tidio

Start with the knowledge Lyro answers from today: your website, FAQ pages, Q&A pairs and documents. These become the approved knowledge for Nexly Agents. From that material we build a set of control questions, so you can see expected and actual answers side by side before launch, and your expert can override any verdict.

Next, list the channels you use in Tidio (live chat, e-mail, WhatsApp, Messenger) and the ones you want to add, such as Teams or Slack. The Nexly Agents widget replaces the chat snippet on your site. Plan 2–3 weeks from handing over the materials to a working agent on your knowledge. The first step is a free demo on your own website: give us the address and an e-mail.
